We did photos before the wedding…
Sibling photo! Guess which one is Angie, ha ha…

Stay tuned for all the details, and the answer to burning questions such as, how many gallons of tears were shed? Did I wear makeup? How did the dance go? And what about that toast? I’ll be back tomorrow!

  1. SNEAK PEAK! Wahoo! Congratulations Paul and Isabelle… and congratulations to the proud parents!
I cannot wait to hear all about it. Thanks for sharing these first glimpses already.
Your dress is stunning, Jenny (and so is your son’s bride! Beautiful girl + gown! And your son’s so handsome.)

  2. How wonderful! The pictures are great. Love the dresses- the bridesmaids got to wear different styles- such a cool choice. ( not everyone looks good in the same style), love the PINK/PURPLE color your daughter wore.
You look marvelous! ( I’m trying to see your shoes- not the sandals.). And the blue goes well with the green of the bridesmaids’ dresses- coordinates but sets you apart.
So glad you have a new family member and that everyone looks so happy!

    1. Thank you so much!!! Yes, I loved the bridesmaids dresses and that they all got to choose a style. I was instructed to get a coordinating color, and luckily navy blue worked! It’s probably hard to see my shoes- it was the gold sandals for the photos and ceremony, and flip flops for the reception!

  3. Your dress suits you perfectly, Jenny! Absolutely nailed it.
And the couple looks so happy! And I love that your daughter chose a dress that matched her pink hair – it actually works really well will the greens of the bridesmaids.
Looking forward to hearing all the details!

    1. Yes, Isabel suggested pink as a color for Angie’s dress (little did she know her hair would match, lol). And I liked my dress and felt comfortable in it- very important!

  4. Oh, Jenny! these photos are fabulous! Everyone looks so happy! You look fantastic, by the way. Your address suits you beautifully, your hair looks fantastic, I can’t tell if you were wearing makeup or not but your face looks glowing and happy and full of love. And your arms are enviably toned! Congratulations to you on the extension of your family, and congratulations to your son and his new wife. xxxooo

    1. Thank you so much for all the kind words! It really was a beautiful day, and I felt like I was “glowing and full of love” so I’m glad that came through.

    1. Yes, it was an absolute beautiful wedding- and Isabel’s parents were largely responsible for that. They did SO MUCH WORK to make it happen. Details coming up!

  5. Oh, it looks like everything was lovely! Your dress looks great! Her dress looks great.
OMG your daughter’s hair matches her dress — how perfect is that!!!

I feel the love and joy!

I love that Angie’s dress and hair match perfectly! Also, the dresses are all gorgeous – you look great!!!

    1. Thank you so much, Nicole! Everything really did go perfectly, partly in thanks to you and all your helpful suggestions! The fact that my daughter’s hair and dress mathed was actually a happy accident, but it turned out well.

  7. I love love love these photos!! You are all so beautiful! And you look fabulous in that blue dress!
I’m so happy for you all and can imagine you’re overwhelmed with emotions right now.

    1. Thank you Susanne! Yes it was quite overwhelming- I’m slowly getting back to normal, but it’s hard. I kind of want to go back and do it all over again.
